why are you wearing only a diamond chestplate? at least that's what I think your wearing

in the first screenshot the elytra is equipped so no chestplate and only diamond / netherite boots give 1.5 protection since i've never had any diamond armour but i have a few full netherite sets in storage i'll assume it can only be netherite boots

I didn't realize it was chainmail also Leather Boots don't give that much protection.

you can see the chestplate in the hotbar i switch it with the elytra and bucket clutch for quick movement
