Every modern biologist ever. However that isn't the only evidence available and there's no need to rely on it. There is fossil evidence, genetic evidence, and even simple logic to back it up.

People can lie. People can misremember things. And people are very, very prone to attribute supernatural explanations to what they cannot comprehend. Eyewitness testimony is close to the worst kind of evidence you can get.

How do you know that? How do you know literally any other depiction or story about him or any other character in the Bible is correct? Noah's ark is impossible for instance. Same thing with the whole Egyptians enslaving the people of Israel and many of the supposedly godsent plagues have been explained by completely natural logic and ecological knowledge.
