Can someone please explain the obsession with blond hair? It's like the least attractive hair color, and just looks weird lowk. I never will understand why it is considered a beauty standard.

I know this is just a joke, but I'm going to take it seriously anyway.
It is very dependant on culture, for many aspects of what is considered to be beautiful, which can include skin tone. For instance, a lot of african countries consider dark skin to be more attractive than white skin. People have their own personal opinions of course, but those opinions are very likely to be under the influence of the culture they were born and raised in, but not always. It isn't racism or anything, the Africans aren't racist against white people just because as a culture they find people who look like them to be more attractive. That is just how humans usually work. And like I said, people have opinions outside of their culture anyway, so it isn't a hard and fast rule.
