spamming hashtags to make the count go higher does not work anymore

there were a bug that if you used the same hashtag in the same post, it counted as a different post so the hashtags counter went up way higher than expected

the bug that allowed separate hashtags inside the same posts to exploit the "popular hashtags" section on explore was fixed
